Customer SupportCustomer support is a critical part of Bitcentral's commitment to its customers.
Bitcentral's Customer Support department has undergone a number of changes, with new Customer Support Manager Patrick Dulmage introducing a number of innovations. We are also proud to announce 100% US-based support 24/7/365 as of April 2009. The Support team are focused on enhancing their troubleshooting skills in an effort to provide ever faster service. Training initiatives are also in place for senior engineers to ensure deep expertise across Bitcentral's product line. Projects the Support team is working now include creating a customer facing webpage that will offer tips regarding the proper use of Bitcentral products. The webpage will also include documentation customers may use to train new and existing employees in the proper use of Bitcentral software and aid the customer in troubleshooting issues. Finally, we have introduced three tiered options for Support Renewal. Customers can choose the level of service most appropriate for them when renewing their Support Service Contract. The focus of Bitcentral Support is solidly on our customer and striving to provide superior customer service at any time of the day or night.
