Some software companies in the broadcast industry don't have a QA department, but Bitcentral's Quality Assurance team is a cornerstone of product development.

The motto of our quality assurance process is “recognition rather than recall.”  We strive to methodically test and find any defects in our products and systems before they go into production. We try to make sure that as much as possible, the test system should speak the users' language, with words, phrases and concepts familiar to the user, rather than system-oriented terms. We follow real-world conventions when executing test cases. 

Our QA team works in collaboration with our Field Engineers and Customer Support teams, to gauge and prioritize the most important business and user cases to make the testing procedures more effective.  Our QA  team’s main goal is to consistently improve the processes being utilized for testing to ensure the quality of the products Bitcentral releases to our clients.
